Slumberland Fest Creates Opportunities For Indie Artists Through Partnership With Opnr Music

ORLANDO, Fla. - April 5, 2022 - PRLog -- Slumberland art and music festival – a first-of-its-kind immersive art resort takeover – is partnering with talent booking startup Opnr to create opportunities for independent artists to easily apply to perform on one of the festival's stages. Both Slumberland and Opnr share a mission of nurturing local artist communities and this partnership creates an opportunity to maximize those efforts.

Artists create a profile at Opnrmusic.com and can search available performance opportunities by genre and location. Opnr will also be hosting the Friday pool party at Slumberland on November 11th where opening performance slots will have been booked via the platform. Opnr CEO Andrea Wallace says, "we're so excited about the partnership with Slumberland. We've done quite a bit in the live music space and we want folks to know that our platform is meant to support electronic music creators, producers and DJs as well! We're thrilled to activate an opening day experience that guests will enjoy and that artists will want to be a part of."

Slumberland founder Darren Scott notes his team's ability to review a larger number of independent artists for fair consideration to play the inaugural festival than would have been manageable without a partner platform like Opnr. "From the second we announced Slumberland we were flooded with requests from artists interested in being some of the first to play what we hope will become legendary stages. It was amazing but also overwhelming so we reached out to Opnr as a partner to help us find the best emerging talent".
