Ajmera Law Explains the SGF Criteria for Saint Kitts and Nevis citizenship

Donation in a Sustainable Growth Fund is the most straightforward procedure for citizenship application. The procedure and documentation are simple and easy. Furthermore, the approx processing time is typically less than 4 months.

Family members or qualified dependents can also be included in this application with their individual contributions each of which is non-refundable. Unmarried children between the ages of 18 and 30 years and aged parents above the age of 55 can also be included in the application.

The contribution

The applicant is required to make a contribution such that it adheres to the guidelines of Saint Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment as follows:

- No of applicants: Single applicant or a family of four with $150,000 contribution as of 31 December 2021.
- Contribution of siblings: $20,000 each
- Additional dependent: $10,000 each

Diligence fees

Along with SGF donation, the applicant is also required to pay diligence fees as follows:

For main applicant - $7500
For dependents above the age fof 16: $4000

Benefits
- Travel to 150 other countries without visa.
- Minimum stay is not mandatory.
- Permission to stay in Caribbean community (CARICOM) without any stay duration limit.
- Lifetime citizenship for the applicant, spouse, dependents.
- Preference in the UK. Study in visa is possible without student visa. They may even work for two years without applying for work permit.
- On single property unit can be purchase by 1 or more applicants.
