By: SKI MAN LLC #AltENERGY2022, a day-long conversation on sustainable energy in the transportation industry, with a dual focus on career opportunities and the growth of the technology itself. Presented in three sessions, #AltENERGY2022 will be held Friday, June 10, in the Performing Arts Center on the campus of Kent State University at Tuscarawas in New Philadelphia. The day begins at 11:30 a.m. with a brown bag lunch-and-learn about how to land a new job in nearly any industry in 30 days or less. That session will be led by #AltENERGY2022 co-creator Jeff "SKI" Kinsey, founder of AffordableQuarters ENERGY Group. Following will be the conference itself: keynote presentations and a panel discussion from 1:15 to 4:30 p.m. with Kirt Conrad, CEO of the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority. Also presenting is Paul Dykshoorn, academic program director for engineering technology at KSU Tuscarawas and co-creator of AltENERGY2022. Conrad will discuss the technology and job opportunities involved in his Canton-based agency's deployment of 20 fuel cell buses. Dykshoorn will look at emerging opportunities in alternative energy and the industry's potential implications for Tuscarawas County and Northeast Ohio. He also will lead the panel discussion. The day will conclude with a networking reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on center stage at the Performing Arts Center, where the participants can explore with organizers their interest in alternative energy and their own futures. "The whole day will be about how Tuscarawas County can become an epicenter for alternative energy transportation and how you can take part in this new industrial revolution, whether your focus is on starting a new career, learning more about EV and other transportation technologies, or simply how you can live off the electricity grid," says Kinsey, a U.S. Marines veteran and serial entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience in hiring, recruiting, and staffing companies from his own startups to enterprises with $100 million in revenue. Attendance via "Early Bird" pricing through May 15th is $9 for the luncheon, $18 for the conference, and $19 for the private reception. The event is sponsored by AffordableQuarters, a member company of SKI MAN LLC of New Phila, Ohio. https://youtu.be/ For more information and to register, visit http://altenergy.live Contact Media Contact: Jeff 'SKI' Kinsey Founder & Co-Creator of AltENERGY2022 ***@theskiman.ltd 3309924754 End
