The centerpiece of the show is the 100-foot-long "panning zone" where an inexpensive collection tool called a "snuffer bottle" is your ticket to pan for and keep part of the 2 ounces of gold sprinkled into the troughs daily. Seasoned gold prospectors will be right there to teach even the newest beginner how to find it. Raffle tickets will also be available to win thousands of dollars worth of prizes being given away both Saturday and Sunday at the end of each day's show. The Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the GPAA and other local chapters are hosting the event to help budding treasure hunters aged 4 to 104 realize their golden dreams! Tickets are only $10 . Veterans and active-duty military have earned free admission. The first 100 paid attendees each day will recieve a free vial of gold courtesy of Dave at Goldbay.
