The Crimson Melt brand was born to serve two purposes:

1. We will serve the highest quality gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and cheesecakes to the patrons of Oklahoma. The eclectic recipes, thought processes, and creativity of our sandwiches and cheesecakes will be unlike anything you've witnessed before. We aim to be the #1 grilled cheese establishment in the entire State of Oklahoma, and we will always ensure that our first responders and military are taken care of when they come into our establishment for a meal.

2. As a retired United States Air Force Firefighter myself, I know first-hand what it means for a first responder to suffer from mental health due to the trauma we endure(d) while in the field. Because of this, The Crimson Melt will take a prominent stance in ensuring that our firefighters and other first responders receive effective and efficient mental health treatment. These heroes are putting their lives on the line every day to protect us from harms way so we must do a better job at protecting them.

The Crimson Melt will be a firefighter-centric and inspired concept, showcasing innovative sandwich concepts and elements that redefine the definition of "comfort food," while also preserving the nostalgia that we've all come to know and love with a grilled cheese sandwich.

This will not be just any grilled cheese establishment; we will be the premier grilled cheese in Oklahoma. Not only that, we will put a laser focus on military and 1st responder mental health. Rest assured that if you back this project, we will provide a level of comfort of food the likes of which Oklahoma has never seen…and will save the lives of our heroes in the process.
