Harbingers of Hope: Local Professional Speakers Prepare to Carry Out their Missions

LAS VEGAS - June 6, 2022 - PRLog -- On June 11th, the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Speakers Association (NSA) will host its year-end celebration and show the world that in a post-covid environment, Las Vegas is stronger than ever.  The event will feature presentations from Hall of Fame Speaker, Marilyn Sherman, Gutsy Pivot Expert, Chrystina Katz, Speaker Manager, Melissa Spencer, and NSA Academy Graduates, Linda Lutz, Matt Lutz, Maria Ortiz, and Jack Peters.

NSA Las Vegas is home to four Hall of Fame Speakers (CPAEs) and coaches, consultants, authors, speakers, and trainers across a wide breadth of expertise. The NSA Speakers Academy is designed to help experts in their fields learn, grow, perfect their craft and develop their speaking business. Students are led through a 6-month program to learn different facets of the speaking business and to hone their message and signature speech. The program culminates in the end-of-the-year graduation and speaker showcase.

"As a tourist and event-based town, Las Vegas took an unbelievable hit during the pandemic," said NSA Las Vegas Chapter President, Dr. Jeff Magee. "While in-person events came to a screeching halt, NSA members found other ways to inspire, motivate, and lead audiences to thrive during this time. We are excited to be back in person and empowered to create change!"

The Year-End event will take place on Saturday, June 11^th, from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm at Verve Church (7850 Dean Martin Drive # 503). First-time guests are welcome to attend at no charge. Media is welcome. The Speaker Showcase will take place from 9 am to 12:30 followed by the awards lunch and new board induction.
