Leon Jackson is the founder/president of Cool Oz Productions, a Brooklyn-based filmmaking production company that develops Sci-Fi/Suspense, character driven films about black folklore against an urban backdrop. Leon is a screenwriter and director. He studied Digital Filmmaking at NYU, and has written, directed and edited several short films, business, and educational videos. Gabriel's Horn will be his first venture into directing a feature-length film.

Michael Sands came up with an idea to offer canned mixed drink that taste like I drink you would receive at a bar. The drinks on the market use carbonation which changes the flavor and taste of the drink.

This project is Leon's own personal paradigm shift in life.

He was in a cramped dive bar in the east village listening to a phenomenal African American trumpet player perform when he had an epiphany. He envisioned a Black Heaven, where all the occupants were Black. (This "take" is a complete 180 turn from It's a Wonderful Life, Heaven Can Wait, or Wings of Desire'', where Heaven is portrayed as White.) Using the Book of Revelation as a backstory, with a modern urban twist, He visualized a troubled angel struggling with his faith and abandoning Heaven.  He imagined an archangel devolving into a barfly.  Where would he end up? What would he do? And, what would be the penance and price if Heaven wanted him back? This is where he began to construct the story of Gabriel's Horn.
