Follow on Google News | SEM Link kicks off 2022-23 Program Year with a New Program ModelBy: SEM Link In the 2022-23 fiscal year, the organization is deepening relationships with existing partners and establishing relationships with new partners. As a part of SEM Link's community-based STEM programming, the organization is partnering with the College Park branch of the Fulton County Public Library System and The Ke'nekt to serve youth in College Park, the Westview/West End Neighborhoods in City of Atlanta, and the surrounding areas. Google Atlanta is continuing its partnership with SEM Link to engage their employees in both in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities to introduce youth to computer science/technology. A new partnership with Association of Public Health Laboratories, will engage youth in various program activities introducing them to epidemiology and public health, which the pandemic has highlighted the importance of these fields. SEM Link's new partner, the Association of Black Researchers will support the STEM Journal Club, whose goal is to train future STEM Researchers.
