RMA is poised to celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2023 with a strategic leadership renewal of Group

SINGAPORE - Aug. 29, 2022 - PRLog -- Leading integrated outsourcing specialist RMA Group, announced the appointment of Lex Lee as the Group CEO with effect 27 July 2022.

Lex carries an experience of twenty-three years in strategy and transformation, risks and governance as well as operational leadership including more than fifteen years in a top-level management role in Singapore and overseas. Building on what we have accomplished, Lex is entrusted to drive RMA Group forward in its next chapter of growth and transformation. He will hone RMA's direction, spearhead sustainability, growth, innovation and transformation as well as strengthen strategic partnerships.

About Lex Lee

Lex is a seasoned executive who held key positions including Regional Director at Deloitte, Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at TOP International Holding, and Group Head at LBA Berhad, amongst others. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including professional services, business services, manufacturing and logistics, sales and distribution, mining and metals, commodity trading, financial services, and real estate, anchoring responsibilities in Singapore and other global markets.

As a highlight of his thirteen-year stint at Deloitte, he led strategic risk consulting, risk advisory services, and risk-based internal audit services and has worked with various government agencies, MNCs, and large local enterprises across US, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. While most recently, Lex was Chief Corporate Officer for Singapore-headquartered TOP International Holding, acquiring major clients and transforming their technology landscape. He also established various functions and scaled the product portfolio while building a team that handled clients on a global scale.

Leadership transition as part of robust succession management process
