United Heritage Charity Foundation Auto Raffle Raises $78,780

AUSTIN, Texas - Sept. 16, 2022 - PRLog -- After two years of being paused due to COVID, the United Heritage Charity Foundation's tenth-annual Auto Raffle broke its previous record of donations by raising a total amount of $78,780 this year. Funds raised through raffle ticket sales make it possible for the Charity Foundation to give to local organizations that align with its areas of focus, and go towards the United Heritage H. Ralph Wilburn Memorial Scholarship recipient. Since the first drawing in 2011, the Auto Raffle has raised a total of $620,598 for the Foundation.

On Saturday, September 10, 2022, John Deyoung won a new 2022 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XSE. The winning ticket was purchased at United Heritage Credit Union's Mopac branch and drawn at a Member Appreciation event at the Dell Diamond ballpark.

"The money raised by the Auto Raffle helps the Foundation consistently achieve its goal of contributing to deserving organizations that positively impact the community."

Since its inception, the United Heritage Charity Foundation has distributed more than $2 million in the Central and East Texas areas, including to its three most recent donation partners, Senior Access, NAMI Central Texas, and The SAFE Alliance.
