SPS Announces Recovery Coach Laura Charanza As New client

ATLANTA - Oct. 27, 2022 - PRLog -- As a survivor of 40 years of narcissistic abuse, Laura is now a Life and Recovery Coach who speaks across the country, teaching men and women how to break trauma bonds to heal and move forward. Global Public Relations firm, Synergy PR is happy to announce her addition to the client roster.

After her recovery, she made it her mission to help others heal from the emotional and psychological damage caused by narcissists. Laura published Ugly Love; A Survivor's Story of Narcissistic Abuse in 2018, and the book was an immediate Amazon #1 Best-seller. Her second book,  Girl, Get Out, was released in 2020. In 2023, you can look forward to Laura's new book,  The New Truth About Dating.

She just launched her own YouTube channel called Out of the Dark, Transformational Knowledge for Survivors. In her videos, Laura discusses topics such as recognizing narcissism, leaving a toxic relationship, and dating.

Before becoming an author and coach, Laura was a television news journalist for CBS and ABC affiliates across the country.
