Ansari Shabnam Ateeq says, "Sim professionals are busy, they manage the front end and the back end, the planning and the implementation, the purchases and the clinical program. The good work serves the students, the healthcare system and the institution. But not necessarily healthcare simulation professionals... unless they build a personal and professional brand, which allows the good work to be visible and noticed. The terms personal and professional brand are used interchangeably. But they mean different things. A personal brand is built on what people think of you as a person. A professional brand is built upon what people think of you as a professional. The question is, do you need both? Yes, personal power lasts longer than professional power. Dr. Bhaskara Rao Ganni, President, All India Private Medical Colleges Association & Chairman, GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry says, "The conference focused on six domains - crisis resource management, faculty development, simulation in dentistry, qualitative research, cadaveric simulation and standardized patient methodology. These domains span new frontiers in simulation, as well as persistent challenges in healthcare education. The first conference in 2019 was attended by 1500+ healthcare professionals and enthusiasts. The success story continues with each iteration, fostering collaboration & opportunities that would have otherwise been inaccessible to young learners and simulation community." SIMULCON 2022 also hosted the Second Edition of the SIM Round table. Dr. Rajkumar Elanjeran, Manager and Clinical Lead of Simulation, GSL Medical College & General Hospital says, "The Sim Roundtable goes beyond traditional delivery & exchange of industry knowledge. Participants bring simulation projects and ideas to the table and hear from experts. If you are a sim champion with an idea and a roadmap, this is where you want to be."
