One Knife to cut them all, One Knife to slice them, One Knife to saw them all, and on the board to taste them.

Name is Jeremy Laubriat. He chose to embark on my dream of creating his own company. With the desire of putting to work the know-how he possess as a French industrialist, He envisioned fabricating an innovative product related to a world that he passionate about: gastronomy.

Having a profound affection for quality goods and a love for culinary discoveries, He has always had a thousand ideas for objects related to eating well and living.

However, He knew he had a decision to make, so originating from a region renowned for its reblochons, picondons and bleus of all types... His first project was born and is synonymous with pleasure and sharing: cheese.

There is no better sight for cheese enthusiasts than a magnificent cheese spread consisting of a beautiful assortment of local specialties. But imagine, just as these turophiles (yes this is the technical word for a person that truly loves cheese) begin their first cut to commemorate a memorable tasting... the knife doesn't work. It appears to be too light for the hard, old crusts, of some varieties. There is no serration for the fresher cheeses, and the blade is not sharp enough for the flowery rinds... This could very well be the definition of a disappointing gourmet experience.
