Snell & Wilmer Attorney Nathan Kanute Elected to the PBS Reno Board of Trustees

Kanute's practice is concentrated on the preservation of creditor's rights, where he represents clients in Bankruptcy Court, State Court and Federal District Court. His experience ranges from representing creditors in bankruptcy matters, to state and federal court litigation actions. Additionally, Kanute has assisted judgment creditors with domestication of foreign judgments and collection actions on domestic and foreign judgments. He earned his B.S. and J.D., both summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
