Austin Based band - Arcana Mundi releases song of appreciation "For Friends" for the New YearThe difficulties and hardship across the globe have not gone unnoticed by the Austin, TX, based band Arcana Mundi. It has been the inspiration for their newly released single "For Friends" from their new album "The Fragrance of So Many Roses".
By: MoonGlow PR "It is meant as a lyrical lifeline to someone in need on their last leg. A message song. It's about empowering someone who once was lost, but now found, and tries to give others hope," says singer/songwriter Timothy Abbott. For Friends is off of Arcana Mundi's new album The Fragrance of So Many Roses - the band's third album and the first in a series of recorded musical collaborations. Comprised of lyricist and vocalist Timothy Abbott and multi-instrumentalist Mark Epstein, the team has been working together for over a decade, resulting in more than 60 musical tracks. The album features a roster of Austin-based musicians, including: Malford Milligan, Tameca Jones, Deann Rene, Giulia Millanta, Candice Sanders, Paula Nelson, Aimee Bobruk, Courtney Santana, and Ed Kliman. It was mixed and mastered by Mark Epstein and Jimmy George at Roost Studio in Austin. For Friends https://youtu.be/ When things don't always go according to plan You can see your world getting way out of hand You look for the exit… don't know how or where to find it… Now I have friends they've helped me out When I was sinkin' and drownin' they came and bailed me out Put a roof over my head shoes on my feet Gave me back some of my dignity Now the same goes for you we are here to help you thru… If you ever find yourself a refugee You can come and hang out with me We'll get you back on your feet again 'Cause that's what you do for friends Get you back on your feet again 'Cause that's what you do for friends… Ain't nobody here playin' Saint Just tryin' to reboot you help you live your life again Ain't no shame in askin' for help or shame in askin' for Love Ain't no shame in askin' shame in askin' shame in askin' for Love You can get there from here and leave all this misery and Hell…. If you ever find yourself a refugee You can come and hang out with me We'll get you back on your feet again 'Cause that's what you do for friends Get you back on your feet again 'Cause that's what you do for friends… If you ever find yourself a refugee You can come and hang out with me We'll get you back on your feet again 'Cause that's what you do for friends Get you back on your feet again 'Cause that's what you do for friends… --- Guitars - Dave Pulkingham, David Henderson Bass, Keys - Mark Epstein Sax - Joe Morales Drums - Phil Bass Lyrics - Tim Abbott Music by - Timothy Abbott, Michael Cross, David Henderson Media Contact Jennifer Vanderslice jennifer@moonglowpr.com (610) 400-7113 Photo: https://www.prlog.org/ End
