Miss-Informative Begins Daily Posts in Support of Plastic Free July 2024

MALVERN, Pa. - July 1, 2024 - PRLog -- In celebration and recognition of Plastic Free July, the new blog website - Miss-Informative has started daily posts throughout the month of July 2024 with helpful hints and links to assist others interested in leading a plastic free lifestyle.

Currently, in the United States, only 12% of single use plastic bottles put in a recycling bin, and only 50% of those bottles actually make it to a recycling plant. The majority end up in landfills. The continued use and ill-disposal of plastics has caused a global nightmare that includes micro-plastics in our rain, soil and water.

Miss-Informative (aka Jennifer Vanderslice) will have daily blog posts with information and suggestions for readers to get away from their addiction to using plastics, as she, herself learns to also become more environmentally conscious. She will be drawing inspiration for the PlasticFreeJuly website that started the movement in Perth, Australia, in 2011.
