Streett Property Consultants Receive Top Agent Accolades

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Jan. 5, 2023 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, is pleased to announce that Drew Streett of Streett Property Consultants is the Top Listing Agent, and Bobby Streett of Streett Property Consultants is the Top Selling Agent of December. Likewise, Drew Streett is the Top Listing Agent, and Bobby Streett is the Top Selling Agent of the Quarter.

With more than 24 million in sales year-to-date, the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS ranks Streett Property Consultants within the top two percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market.

Bobby Streett has been a Broker Associate with GCR since 2004 and selling real estate since 1975. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCR), and CCAR. Additionally, he is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation. He is also working towards the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.

Bobby has held numerous local and regional real estate associations positions. In 2001 he won the coveted REALTOR of the Year Award. Likewise, he was a best REALTOR finalist in The Sun News 2015, 2016, and 2021 Best of the Beach contest. This year, he was a finalist in the WMBF Best of the Grand Strand 2022 contest.

Drew Streett has been with GCR since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR association leadership positions. He served as the 2019 President of the South Carolina REALTORS and is the 2020 SCR REALTOR® of the Year. This year, he is the recipient of SCR's Distinguished Service Award, a program that recognizes REALTOR members and Executive Officers who have made outstanding and ongoing voluntary commitments to SCR.

Some of his roles at CCAR include 2009 president, 2010 REALTOR of the Year, and past chairman of the Legislative Committee. Likewise, some of his REALTOR service at SCR includes 2011-2012 regional vice president, parliamentarian of the Executive Committee, and past graduate of SCR's LeadershipSCR program. He also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

Drew is a past recipient of the REALTOR Image Award and the Guy Kates Rotarian of the Year award. He has also been recognized at GCR for several listing and selling awards, including Top Producer, Listing Agent of the Year, and Selling Agent of the Year.

Streett Property Consultants was named Best Real Estate Team in The Sun News annual 2022 Best of the Beach awards.
