Sludge water separation equipment workflow
One: After the waste slurry is transported to the mud treatment equipment, it is filtered through a vibrating screen. Its function is to filter out larger gravel and construction waste;
Two: The waste slurry passes through the vibrating screen and enters the conditioning tank for stirring to prevent the waste slurry from solidifying;
Three: The waste slurry is transported to the mud-water separator through the feeding pump, and the waste slurry is dehydrated by pressing to form a mud cake;
Four: The mud cake is transported to a fixed place by a conveyor belt, and the clean water can be transported to a designated place by a pipeline, and can also be discharged directly without affecting the environment;
Five: After the use is completed, the feeding pump clean water circulates all the pipes of the mud-water separation equipment to prevent waste slurry from remaining in the pipes and clean the mud-water separator at the same time.
