Veterans For Trump Official Statement On Biden Mishandling Classified Material

Pertaining to Mr. Biden:

18 U.S. Code § 793 – Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information: Section F (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed … Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Mr. Biden appears to be grossly negligent by allowing documents to be removed from their proper place of custody and if claims are true that he did not know then they were lost , In either case that makes him grossly negligent and culpable.

During the time of the 2016 Hillary Clinton classified material violation the defense was that she had no intent. Numerous analogies were made of convicted military members who had no intent.

In recent years President Trump , Mr. Biden , Hillary Clinton and James Comey all were accused of mishandling classified information. The only one of the four who were targets of an FBI raid was President Trump. President Trump however was also the only one of the four with the powers to declassify making him authorized to have the documents, showing any criminal allegations to be unfounded.

We call on the DOJ to instruct the FBI to obtain warrants and raid the homes of Joe Biden , Hillary Clinton and James Comey.
