Curran is a member of the American Physical Therapist Association and presented a complex case study on a 27 year old male status post liver transplantation complicated by incomplete spinal cord injury and thrombocytopenia at their annual Fall Conference Curran is the founder and owner of Spot Running Company which is focused on training runners to reach their fitness goals injury free and she is a running coach through the Road Runners Club of America. She has completed two World Major Marathons and just recently completed the Marine Corps Marathon. As a hiker her most memorable hike was Machu Picchu. She currently resides in Weymouth and in her spare time enjoys gardening, skiing and trail running with her family and dog.
