WIF Welcomes Dr. De'Laija Napier and Dr. Maimoona Salim to Its Board of Directors

HOUSTON - Feb. 2, 2023 - PRLog -- The Wells International Foundation (WIF) is honored to welcome two new members to its board of directors.

Dr. De'Laija Napier is a well-rounded marketer with a passion for storytelling and building authentic relationships with audiences.  Her specialty is in social media marketing and digital advertising.  Dr. Napier is a leadership coach and organizational development consultant who works with leaders and teams to increase engagement, productivity, and efficiency.  She also provides organizational trainings on productivity, efficiency, team engagement, and burnout prevention.

Dr. Napier graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Communications and Media Studies from Lynn University and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, FL.

Dr. Maimoona Salim is a social entrepreneur, mentor, and philanthropist who is actively involved in the development space focused on community, women and youth empowerment, and sustainable development programs.  She is a qualified facilitator whose key strengths are in human capacity development, skills development, and empowerment.  Dr. Salim's professional activities include service as Vice-Chair for women in business at the Durban Chamber of Commerce Industry in South Africa; Director of Beyond Mentors Limited in Nigeria; and Secretary/Registrar of Academic Council Human Rights Education Federation of the IHRC Africa Headquarters in Nigeria.

Dr. Salim earned a Diploma in Commercial Practice from ML Sultan Technikon in Durban, South Africa and an MBA from Regenesys Business School in Johannesburg, South Africa.  She was awarded an honorary doctorate in Business and Enterprise Management by Fopase University in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
