Patrick T. McKay Named Hilliker Corporation 2022 Top Broker

• Being selected and retained by the Brentwood School District to market and sell their 40,000 square-foot Administration and Childhood Development Building in Hanley Industrial Court.
• Being selected by the Fenton Fire Protection District to market and sell their No. 2 Station House.
• Being hired by a local partnership group to market and sell their 68,000 square-foot multi-tenant building located at 2001 S. Hanley Road.
• Being hired by Monterey Mushrooms Inc. of California to market and sell their 42,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Bonne Terre, MO.
• Being hired by AAA Trailer Leasing to represent them in the purchase of a 6.6-acre site in St. Louis County.
