Hutchison PLLC Welcomes Attorney Jorden McKibben

RALEIGH, N.C. - Feb. 15, 2023 - PRLog -- Hutchison PLLC, a boutique law firm that provides strategic legal and business advice to venture capital, emerging companies, and innovation ecosystems, is pleased to announce the addition of Jorden McKibben to the team.

McKibben is passionate about startups and brings extensive knowledge and experience in helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, including entity formation, contract drafting, equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. She also represents venture capital and angel investors who invest in emerging growth companies.

Prior to joining Hutchison, Jorden practiced at a Research Triangle-based corporate law firm, where she counseled life science and tech companies on transactional, corporate, and general business matters.

Jorden graduated from Indiana University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Business Law Association and Criminal Law Association. Jorden received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Purdue University, where she also minored in Sociology.
