The Law firms of Nikon Limberis and Steven Simicich have merged practices

ASTORIA, N.Y. - Feb. 17, 2023 - PRLog -- It is with great excitement that the law firms of Nikon Limberis and Steven Simicich have merge practices. The new firm, SL Law Group, PLLC founded in 2022. SL Law, located in Astoria is a full service real estate and Trust & Estates firm.

The new firm, is a true combination of equals. A joining of two extraordinary firms with complementary practice strengths and goals that are also share a deep commitment to the Astoria community. The merger enable SL Law Group to provide a new and broader set of legal services and increases our collective breadth to encompass virtually any legal issue our clients may encounter.

Founding member Nikon Limberis specializes in the area of transactional real estate law, estate planning and administration of estates. Nikon, a native of New York started his law practice in 2014. He works extensively with bank clients and with private clients in real estate transactions, development and business-related issues. Nikon advises fiduciaries in connection with probate and estate and trust administration matters and represents individuals and fiduciaries before the New York and Connecticut Surrogate's Courts and the IRS.

Formerly President of the Long Island City Lawyers Club, Nikon is currently on the board of the Long Island City YMCA. Active in his community, he works closely with the Community Board in Astoria/Long Island City.

Steven Simicich is a zoning and land use lawyer who has had great success providing creative solutions for challenging real estate requirements. Steven is strategically focused with demonstrated ability to circumvent the administrative and legal processes involved in attaining entitlements and approvals for clients.

Steven's strengths include deep knowledge of New York City zoning law and policy, environmental, real estate and administrative law. He has earned a reputation for effective project management, negotiation and influencing skills, particularly dealing with elected officials and community stake-holders.

Steven is a Board Member of the Astoria Park Alliance, the Village Alliance and Vice President of the LIC Lawyers Club. Recently Steven, was inducted into the Knights of Columbus in Astoria.
