Douglas S. Skalka Re-elected to CT Turnaround Management Association Board

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Feb. 22, 2023 - PRLog -- ouglas S. Skalka, principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. has been re-elected to the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Connecticut Chapter Board of Directors and will continue to serve as Co-chair of membership. Attorney Skalka was first appointed to the CT TMA board in 1995 and has served in multiple leadership roles including as board president. The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the leading organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring, and distressed investing.

Attorney Skalka specializes in bankruptcy, commercial finance, business reorganizations and commercial litigation.
