PRLog -- St. Francis Animal Rescue of Venice, Inc., located in Venice, Florida, has been awarded $10,359 for emergency veterinary services from the Helen C. Schwieder Fund of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. This grant will help provide medical care for some of the most vulnerable members in the community: homeless cats and kittens. Many of the cats accepted at St. Francis Animal Rescue are suffering from medical conditions ranging from mild to severe. This grant will give these cats the medical care that they need and help them on their journey to become healthy and ready for their new forever homes
