By: Pulse CPSEA Over two days, those attending heard from expert speakers covering diverse topics, from simulations to sepsis, from hospice care to human factors design. A unique feature of this event was that the final session of each day was dedicated to small-groups "Continuing the Conversation" Keynote speaker Dr. Tejal Gandhi, Chief Safety and Transformation Officer at Press Ganey, noted, "The work of PULSE is so important to help empower patients and caregivers to partner and engage in their care, and I was thrilled to be able to speak to the conference participants." The event was supported by sponsorships from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Greater National Advocates, and a number of other supporting organizations. All the presentations were recorded and are available free to symposium attendees for three months.
