Trump Faces More Than 30 Criminal Charges

Donald Trump Is Indicted in Manhattan, Now What Happens Next

WASHINGTON - March 31, 2023 - PRLog -- Former president Donald Trump has been indicted by a grant jury in Manhattan under the direction of DA Alvin Bragg, and reportedly has been hit with more than 30 different individual criminal charges.

Now the law professor who played a role in getting two special prosecutors for then-president Richard Nixon, and who filed the detailed criminal charges against Trump which led to the criminal investigation of him in Georgia, has provided a legal analysis of the next major steps.

He predicted not only that Trump's attorneys will file a motion to quash the indictment, but how, if the judge does throw out the indictment on one of many grounds, it could seriously damage the other three strong cases in which Trump also could be indicted; both in the court of popular and political opinion, but also in the courts in the form of possible jury nullification.

Law Professor John Banzhaf's legal analysis can be found at: Here Are the Grounds to Dismiss the Trump Legal Team Will Likely Argue
