Follow on Google News | Get AMPed! New Learning and Daycare Option in TroyAMPed Learning Centers is opening its inaugural location in Troy, MI in July 2023, offering daycare, preschool and enrichment classes for children from birth through school age
"I've spent my entire career helping kids of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. I've always dreamt of having a physical location where I can expand our offerings and serve even more families," said Mrs. Palazzolo, who founded AMPed Education in 2018, offering virtual and in-person customized educational support and small group classes to learners of all ages. Mrs. Palazzolo holds a degree in Special Education from Northern Michigan University, and also provides educational advocacy support to ensure students of all abilities receive the support they need and are entitled to. AMPed Learning Centers will build upon the success of AMPed Education and incorporate many of the classes parents have come to know and love. Classes such as Discovery Time, Story Explorers, STEM Pathfinders and more, will now be offered both virtually and in person. "We always recommend [AMPed] to ALL of our family & friends. She is a genius and incredibly passionate about what she does. Her programs are developed carefully by her, tailoring her instructions to the needs of every student she has. My children soar with her help, patience & genuine interest in their education. She makes learning so fun, and who doesn't want that for their children?" said Erika Riggs, a parent of AMPed students. Parents of young children in the Detroit Metro area understand the difficulties that come with finding child care. Many daycares have waitlists of 6 months or longer, if they're taking applicants at all. AMPed Learning Centers will be accepting children as young as 6 weeks old, providing parents with another daycare option in the Troy area. "Learning begins the day a baby is born. We focus on providing age-appropriate experiences and guidance to even our youngest students to guide them through these critical developmental phases," said Mrs. Palazzolo. "STEM and literacy are pillars of AMPed's mission, but so are creativity and emotional intelligence. These are all key skills that will help our learners grow up to be problem solvers and bridge builders. Exactly what our world needs." AMPed Learning Centers' new location will be located at 1975 E Maple Rd in Troy, MI, conveniently on the corner of E Maple Rd and John R Rd.
