New Greendale WI Physical Therapy - Pain Management, Stress Management, Sports, Mobility Coaching

Founded in January of this year by experienced physical therapists Melissa DeChiara and Anna Reinert, Empower is committed to listening to clients and helping them achieve their goals for recovery.

DeChiara and Reinert have over 25 years of combined experience working with orthopedic, sports medicine, and neurologic patients. They decided to open their own clinic because they wanted to provide more customized care to their clients. "Mobility and strength are important components, especially as we age," said DeChiara and Reinert. "But we recognize that a client's recovery and ability to participate in life fully is impacted by so many other factors such as sleep, stress, and nutrition. This is why we both got our health coaching certificate through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, to further help our clients address the various aspects of life that impact their wellness."

Empower's approach is based on a belief in the power of listening. They take the time to learn about each client's "whys" and goals so they can fully support them on their journey towards recovery. They want to help their clients move better with less pain, have more strength and energy to do the activities they enjoy, and achieve overall wellness.

Empower offers wide range of physical therapy services including women's health - all orthopedic, sports, and neuro conditions. They offer health coaching to help clients address the various factors that impact their health and wellness. They work with clients to develop personalized plans for nutrition and stress management, and coach physical therapy clients on wellness and health to facilitate greater success. Separate coaching sessions are available for those who require more guidance.
