- Double Downward Dog: Stand facing your partner with some distance between you. Both partners should bend forward at the waist and place their hands on the ground in front of them. Walk your feet back until your hips are high, forming an inverted V-shape. Then, have your partner place their feet on your hips, so you're both in a downward dog position. Hold for a few breaths and then switch positions.
- Partner Boat Pose: Sit facing your partner with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Hold hands and lean back slightly, lifting your feet off the ground so your shins are parallel to the ground. Straighten your arms and legs, creating a V-shape with your bodies. Hold for a few breaths and then release.
- Partner Forward Fold: Stand facing your partner with some distance between you. Both partners should bend forward at the waist and grab onto each other's forearms. Keep your legs straight and allow your torso to hang forward. Use your partner's support to deepen the stretch. Hold for a few breaths and then release.
- Double Tree Pose: Stand facing your partner with some distance between you. Both partners should shift their weight onto one foot and lift the opposite foot, placing it on the inside of the standing leg's thigh. Reach up and hold hands above your heads, forming a tree shape with your arms. Hold for a few breaths and then switch legs.
- Seated Spinal Twist: Sit back-to-back with your partner with your legs crossed. Both partners should twist to one side, placing one hand on their knee and the other hand on their partner's knee. Hold for a few breaths and then switch sides.
- Double Pigeon Pose: Sit facing your partner with your legs crossed. Both partners should stack one ankle on top of the opposite knee, creating a figure-4 shape with their legs. Lean forward, placing your hands on the ground in front of you, and use your partner's back as a support. Hold for a few breaths and then switch legs.
Above mentioned are some of the best couple yoga poses (
