Sound Healing for the Mind Launches Mental Health Awareness Month w/Sound Bath at Hollywood Forever

LOS ANGELES - May 4, 2023 - PRLog -- Sunday 7:30 PM, in conjunction with Mental Health Month, a concert of sound
that is led by John Gabaldon, urban shaman will be bringing healing frequencies of sound.

Instrurments played include a crystal harp, crystal bowls, hand pan drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan bowls,crystal harp, drums, gong, ocean drum and rainstick too.

The evening will begin with some breath work, stretching and a guided meditation and two other sound healers will be participating too.

Additionally have two other sound healers helping with the soundbath, including a performanceof Native American Flutes.
