Eclipse Sound Bath and Breathwork Workshop Planned in Oregon

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Oct. 2, 2023 - PRLog -- October 14, 2023  Klamath Falls, OR... Eclipse seekers will be coming to Klammath Falls, Oregon on this day to take in this special ring of fire eclipse with a special sound bath, breathwork and guided meditation overlooking a lake in Moore Park near the pavilion.

Urban shaman, John Gabaldon will be coming from Los Angeles, CA to Oregon to team up with Kathy Cris, Bliss Yoga and Wellness, to create a soundbath with crystal sound bowls, tibetan bowls, and other instruments and providing eclipse glasses for this special ticketed event.

"I have traveled to capture the best view of the eclipse in nature and Oregon is where it's at." stated John Gabaldon, owner of OHMSPOT  He added, "The healing frequency of these sound instruments in this setting will provide a meditative state for participants that will be coming in from all over to be part of the celestial event."

Participants will be able to enjoy the eclipse for over an hour and a half and take in four minutes of a ring of fire where the moon will be covering the sun from approximaly 8:05 AM until 10:41 AM and the 4-5 minute peak to take place beginning at 9:19 AM.   The sound bath event will enhance this experience with breathwork, a sound bath and guided meditation along with eclipse glasses.  Tickets can be purchased on mindbody and eventbrite with a search of John Gabaldon and Kathy Crist.
