TAOYUAN, Taiwan - May 10, 2023 - PRLog -- Dr. Hung-Chih Lu recently created a multidisciplinary fusion of creation, including installation art, industrial digital twins, colorful solar architecture, urban planning, architecture, and interior design. He also incorporated three pieces of installation art, two of w hich are abstract and one of which is figurative. The first one is "Wind, Feather, Cloud," the second one is "Rainbow, Halo, Ripple," and the third one is the figurative installation art "Ribbon, Love, Earth."

Dr. Lu named the process of entering the mechanical body "shell in," and exiting it "shell out." He believes that his concept of the mechanical doppelganger will be realized in the near future. They can also achieve highly synchronized collaboration between humans and machines with the help of AGI's human-machine interface, as figure 1.

He used 3D modeling and VR rendering tools to draw an animation demonstration, A Dreamy Journey, which is divided into two parts. The first part is virtual reality in reality, simulating a digital twin city in the real world, which includes an indoor space with the installation art "Wind, Feather, Cloud," as figure 2. The second part is virtual reality in virtual reality, a digital twin scene of a spiritual journey, which includes a colorful solar glass dome building with the installation art "Rainbow, Halo , Ripple," as figure 3. Inside the building, there is a display of the solar system planets, where the installation art "Ribbon, Love, Earth" shows the earth being surrounded by red heart-shaped ribbons.

The protagonist is a virtual character Nina, who lived in an elegant community as a child and won a skateboarding championship. From 2023 to 2050, due to global warming and sea level rise, her home was submerged by seawater. She stayed in her hometown alone and refused to leave. She let AGI autonomously control a robotic dragonfly to explore the remaining beauty after the disaster. She captured beautiful scenes and loaded them into her computer. Through brain-controlled VR, she took a highly realistic spiritual journey ney.

In order to simulate the operation of mechanical avatars in the spiritual journey, there are procedures of entering and exiting shells. If it is simply virtual tourism, it is not necessary. At the same time, it adopts a first-person perspective.
