Kini Films is proud to announce "Raven Beauty" a film engineered to raise awareness to bullying

SALT LAKE CITY - June 8, 2023 - PRLog -- Raven Beauty has strong Christian values and hits the mark at shining a light on bullying

The film is in pre-production and will finish filming in August with a planned October release. It will be submitted to numerous film festivals.

Leilani is being played by Alana Mei Kern who rose to fame modeling brands and has 360,000 followers on Instagram and numerous followers on other social media platforms. Alana is excited about the film and says it will effect positive change.

Leilani and her mother Tia perform some hilarious dialogue but then the story twists into a powerful and shocking portrayal.

Leilani is brutally bullied at school. She refuses to retaliate because she believes she must love others, as Jesus commanded. But she is pushed to her breaking point. Can Tia and her neighbor take the necessary action before Leilani takes drastic and tragic action?

Viewers will not know until the very end that Raven is the bully. She is seemingly charming but her mother, Principal Beauty, has been protecting and enabling her.

Kini Kapaki, the Director says, "I believe this film will have you laughing, crying, and then leave you in stunned silence." He claims that while this is a story of love, compassion, and forgiveness, the film will demonstrate that there are real consequences to bullying.

Mr. Kapaki received numerous unsolicited comments on the screenplay. One Executive Producer claims Raven Beauty is the best short film in 10 years.
