Paul Davis GTA West Group expands footprint with purchase of Paul Davis Brantford/Woodstock

HAMILTON, Ontario - June 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Peter Heary, President of Paul Davis GTA West Group, has announced the purchase of his fifth franchise office in 20 years of ownership and a 25-year career with the Paul Davis network. The business milestone positions the organization for additional growth and expansion as the longest, continuously running, and largest Paul Davis franchise ownership group in Canada.

Heary recently finalized an agreement with Paul Davis Canada to purchase the Paul Davis Brantford/Woodstock franchise. After more than 30 years, the previous owner, Peter Overgaauw, is retiring as founder of the Brantford/Woodstock office. He has been an integral part of the Paul Davis history transitioning from employee to eventually owner. During this time, Heary and Overgaauw collaborated on a multitude of projects.

Paul Davis GTA West Group began more than 35 years ago and currently includes physical franchise locations in Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Hamilton, and Brantford.

With Paul Davis GTA West Group expanding its service area, the company's one hundred employees cover a potential market area spanning hundreds of kilometers and a population of close to four million people. The local franchises currently serve residential, industrial, and commercial customers. According to Heary, a component in his success has been the operation of a central leadership team which oversees technicians and professionals in geographically contiguous offices with focused efficiencies.

At the restoration company's recent North American conference, Heary's office was named as a leading Paul Davis "Lighthouse" franchise performing among the top ten offices in the network. Awards and accolades were given to employees as Paul Davis Difference Makers, defined as those who have a winning spirit to serve others, a history of achieving remarkable results, and values congruent with the brand. Honorees included project managers, estimators, residential sales, and customer service leaders.
