At the request of a manufacturing industry customer, UltraFlex engineers set up a demo application using brass coaxial connectors and copper discs with a diameter of 10 to 30 cm. With an 800 W power and a heating cycle that continued while the alloy was still flowing, the induction soldering process was completed within 9-10 seconds, delivering improved energy efficiency and a high-quality soldering result. Tests confirmed that all Teflon insulation in the connectors remained intact during heating, ensuring the integrity of the product.
