BayCoast Insurance™ Promotes Eileen Manchester to AVP Personal Lines Production

SWANSEA, Mass. - July 7, 2023 - PRLog -- BayCoast Insurance™, one of the area's leading insurance agencies with eight offices throughout the South Coast Region, is pleased to announce the promotion of Eileen Manchester to the position of Assistant Vice President Personal Lines Production.

In this role, she is responsible for operating and managing the personal lines production department with a focus on growing new business, in addition to maintaining existing accounts.

Manchester joined BayCoast Insurance (formerly Partners Insurance Group) in 2017 as an Account Manager and was promoted in 2018 to Office Manager of the Tiverton, Rhode Island branch.

A graduate of Rhode Island College with a bachelor's degree in psychology, she recently completed the Just Right® Management Training Program offered through BayCoast Bank in partnership with Bristol Community College.

Manchester is licensed in Property & Casualty, as well as Life Insurance. She also holds several insurance industry designations, including Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). She is the board member Secretary for The Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women.

A resident of Little Compton, RI, where she volunteers as a Sunday School teacher for the United Congregational Church, Manchester is also a strong supporter of the United Way and the Potter League for Animals. Although her work is important to her, Manchester says her greatest achievements are her girls, Rowan and Samantha. She says they inspire her to strive to be a better person and to do her best to set a positive example for them in this unpredictable world.
