Ms. Blum, an accomplished educator and advocate for progressive educational policies, joins the team at Career Communications Group following a successful career at Manchester Valley High School.

Ms. Blum holds a Master of Art of Teaching Degree in Secondary English from Loyola University, where she graduated with a stellar 3.97 GPA. She also obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. As a testament to her lifelong dedication to education, she maintains a teaching certification for Maryland valid until 2026, with a concentration in Secondary English.

In her prior roles as an educator and tutor, Ms. Blum has shown exceptional ability to address challenges and devise innovative solutions. As a faculty advisor at Manchester Valley, she was instrumental in raising funds for the Class of 2021 and actively advocated for the expansion of class offerings to meet diverse student needs.

A believer in the holistic development of students, Ms. Blum has been an active participant in extracurricular activities, including musical theatre productions, and has been pivotal in increasing student interest in the arts.

As Youth Director, Ms. Blum will be responsible for driving metaverse and AI training for students, providing teachers with essential educational resources such as lesson plans, spearheading the development of STEM City USA's AI-powered library, and building out STEM City USA's Metaverse educational online programs.

Ms. Blum brings to her role an impressive ability to foster creativity and innovation in learning environments. In her previous roles as an educator and tutor, she raised significant funds, expanded curriculum offerings, and nurtured student interest in the arts.

In addition to her educational expertise, Ms. Blum brings a unique set of skills and interests to her role. An experienced musician and certified pottery and glazing instructor, she excels in using a diverse range of digital platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite, demonstrating her ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Sarah Blum's tenure as Youth Director for Career Communications Group will commence on August 1, 2023.
