About the Authors

Since attending his first Bills game as a youngster, Greg Tranter has amassed the largest and most comprehensive Buffalo Bills football memorabilia collection in the world. He donated it to the Buffalo History Museum. Greg is a Buffalo sports historian with a special expertise on Bills history and he has authored three books about Buffalo professional sports.

Budd Bailey has been part of Buffalo's sports scene for more than 40 years, highlighted by a 23-year stay at The Buffalo News. He has written 15 books on a variety of subjects, including histories of the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Braves. Budd and his wife Jody live in Buffalo.
