Back-to-back, Back-to-school Events for children in need

SANTA ROSA, Calif. - July 26, 2023 - PRLog -- Starting school can be really scary, stressful and joyous all at the same time. It is important to help children start this school year on the right foot. For 25 years, Redwood Gospel Mission's City Kids Festival has not only provided children with backpacks and school supplies, but also a Gospel Message to help them know that there is a God who loves them.

We are partnering with over 35 churches to have two back-to-school events, two Saturdays in a row. Churches have partnered with the Mission and generously provided school supplies for filling the backpacks. There will be lots of activities for the whole family including, haircuts, games, photo booth, prizes, BBQ, and more. We still have space from children to register at the Redwood Gospel Mission Thrift Store at 1821 Piner Road.
