About HIV Learning Lab China
HIV Learning Lab China is a joint, educational initiative developed by DKBmed, and the International Medical Exchange & Cooperation Committee (IMECC) based in Shanghai, China. In this multipart webcast series, participants can learn about best practices for screening HIV and high-risk patient populations, barriers to proper care, pre-exposure prophylaxis, and the latest treatment options for those living with HIV. Each activity concludes with an extensive question and answer session, which grants learners an opportunity to gain further insights on how to implement their newfound knowledge in real-world practice settings. Broadcast in Chinese and English, HIV Learning Lab China features expert faculty educators, including Ethel D. Weld, MD, PhD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (who speaks Chinese) and Toby Shu, PhD from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

To date, HIV Learning Lab China has reached over 2,500 learners in China, including over 5,500 views on WeChat. Preliminary results suggest high degrees of knowledge improvement among learners; final outcomes are anticipated in Q3 of 2023.
