Paul Davis of Montgomery and Berks Counties raises $1,500 to benefit Hatfield PA firefighters

HATFIELD, Pa. - Aug. 24, 2023 - PRLog -- Paul Davis of Montgomery and Berks Counties, a leading provider of fire, water, mold, and biohazard damage emergency and restoration services for residential and commercial properties, recently raised $1,500 as a donation to benefit the Hatfield Volunteer Fire Company. The restoration firm donated the funds  to local firefighters for facilitating a live burn and family-friendly activities at the company's new 30,000-square-foot building and warehouse, 2990 Bergey Road in Hatfield. The company was formerly located at 1517 Gehman Road in Harleysville.

A formal check presentation with Paul Davis team leaders and firefighters was held on August 23 during the Hatfield Township Board of Commissioners regular meeting at the Hatfield Township Administration Building.

The fundraising event on July 14 featured free activities for approximately 100 neighbors and guests with new office tours, Jack & Jill ice cream truck, hoagies, TUCKEDito Taquitos, a table giveaways from Lowes, and a DJ, among others. Sunbelt Rentals donated an informative area with their and Paul Davis professions offering expertise and support materials. Also, a ribbon cutting commemorated the new space and culminated with a controlled burn demonstration by the Hatfield Volunteer Fire Company supported by structural modules from Lowes of Hatfield.

The staff team of 50 employees from Paul Davis worked with firefighters who demonstrated how quickly a fire can escalate from a spark to a deadly fire. They safely ignited and extinguished the fire for training and educational purposes.
