Stellar Awards Radio Announcer SiriusXM personality, Meta Washington, to be honored

ATLANTA - Aug. 28, 2023 - PRLog -- Stellar Awards Radio Announcer SiriusXM personality, Meta Washington, will be the first woman to be honored as Radio Announcer Of The Decade during the 7th Annual Spin Awards Weekend Experience for her outstanding 20+ years in radio. The Spin Awards (TSA) is a national platform that is the first and only organization that exclusively honors those who spin the Gospel. TSA is set to take place in the Atlanta Georgia area and is the biggest weekend in Christian Gospel radio. The dates are Oct 12-14, 2023.

Washington's illustrious journey from studying journalism to being a steadfast voice on SiriusXM's Kirk Franklin's Praise includes being the creator of several popular faith-based segments on Kirk Franklin's Praise and creating a database to connect people with churches and ministries in their area. Meta Washington has spent her distinguished career interviewing some of the greatest names in the entertainment industry.

TSA will be hosted by Stellar Awards nominee and WFMV Radio Program Director Tony Gee and co-hosted by Comedian "GRIFF" of the Get Up! Mornings With Erica Campbell Radio Show. Special celebrity appearances by Everett Drake, of the Bobby Jones Gospel TV Show and the "I Told The Storm" legendary singer, Dr. Greg O'Quin. The first two days of the Spin Awards will include free workshops, showcases and TSA pre-ceremony. The last day concludes with a Red Carpet gala and the Saturday night main ceremony (ticketed).
