Dr. Morganstern earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University, and obtained her doctoral degree from St. John's University. She has also undergone additional training at The Zucker Hillside Hospital and Cohen Children's Hospital of Northwell Health. Professionally, she specializes in evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Dr. Morganstern brings specialized experience in treating dual-diagnosis populations, which addresses substance abuse and mental health issues.
