Hartford Assurance Refused Refund to SC Auto Policy Holder After Violating Several Laws

Hartford Assurance / Trumbell located in Hartford, CT has refused an excellent paying auto policy holder in South Carolina a full refund if $1,014.79 after the insurance company violated several CT, SC & CA insurance rules and laws upon the excellent paying, no claims filed auto policy holder since August of 2022. Plaintiff Pro Se  was legally advised to cancel the excellent paid no claims filed policy after America's Pro Se LLC learned of the Breach of Contract for a price increase form $74.00 to $83.00 per month again with no claims only the excellent payments. The company was contacted by Plaintiff and requested said refund, no comments form the Defendant's Hartford and two of their upper Executives now as Defendant's. Hartford Assurance stated the increase in South Carolina and nationally was for state requirements and more. The States have confirmed these are not factual statements only to deceive policy holders to pay more. Executive stated no refund...

Plaintiff was threatened in writing to pay $17.93 after said cancellation by Plaintiff, which again shows the unethical tactics of this company. All Plaintiff wanted was a full refund of $1.014.79 now their being sued to protect other consumers as well.
