The landlord of the commercial space is Black Dog Leasing, LLC, represented by Kevin Eskridge. The tenant is represented by Mark Kramer, of Kramer Commercial Real Estate.

Parlor Doughnuts was founded in February 2019, by Darrick Hayden, in partnership with Josh Tudela.
