If you are a real estate agent with listings and a website, the first thing you need to do is to visit your real estate associations website to find out what company maintains the access to the database of listings. In California and most states, the MLS is administered by CoreLogic and Trestle.

Finally with an auth token, you can use CURL to query their database. Write some code in PHP to integrate with your wordpress website.

Finally, you take the results and wrap them in nice HTML. Every 8 hours you need to fetch your token. There access limits, and you have to be careful to avoid hitting them. Furthermore, there are attribution requirements. You must give other agents credit for listings and photos.
