The class incorporates therapeutic movements, balance exercises and post-rehabilitative strength and conditioning tailored toward seniors suffering from severe arthritis, osteoporosis, autoimmune and neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and diabetes as well as cancer recovery, post-op rehabilitation, chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries.

Goldstein graduated from LaSalle University in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. "Christine does a great job working with our senior clients and has developed a wonderful program for the Senior Center," said Eric Edelman, Founder and CEO of Peak Physical Therapy.
