As the Warrior Group Director, RT will lead the charge in establishing His Glory Warrior Groups focusing on connecting individuals, fostering community transformation, providing spiritual guidance and forging partnerships with like-minded organizations. This initiative's central goal is to bring people from every corner of the world closer to the Word of His Glory and strengthen their faith through fellowship opportunities.

The Warrior Group's vision is nothing short of extraordinary and aspires to reach a billion people worldwide with the hope of the Gospel Message and the truth of Jesus Christ. The specific goals of the Warrior Group's initiative include expanding His Glory's reach to spread the Gospel throughout the world and emphasizing that local action creates a national and global impact.

The mission statement of this new initiative includes the following fundamental principles:

1. A belief in the Bible as the literal and infallible word of God.
2. Prayer as the cornerstone of all ministry endeavors.
3. A reliance on the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.
4. Honoring the Father's Heart for the lost, the poor, the elderly, widows, and orphans.
5. Meet the calling as servants of the Most High God. We are here to serve Him in ministry.
6. The glorification of the Lord in all actions. It is our love for Him that compels us.
7. Adherence to the fivefold ministry according to Ephesians 4:11, including Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers.
